Guided walkthrough

Five journeys, five minutes

This walkthrough walks the whole product in the order a real mover would use it. Everything below is live in this build — click through as you read.

The five journeys

  1. The lead experience

Start on the home page: video hero, the free-valuation call to action, and the featured-listings standard. Then open the valuation funnel — fill it in and submit: notice that the confirmation never claims we received anything, because in this configuration it opens your own email app.

  2. The tools

Open the calculators: six of them — mortgage, affordability, rent-vs-buy, closing costs, refinance break-even, and extra payments. Every assumption is editable and labelled with its source and date. The math is unit-tested (try $300,000 at 6.5% over 30 years: $1,896.20 principal & interest).

  3. The listing standard

Browse the listing showcase and open any detail page. These six homes are SampleSample listings for demonstration — for demonstration only, not real data worked examples of the presentation every real listing gets — clear facts, honest labels, mobile-first layout.

  4. The content engine

Read the commission explainer — the post-2024 rules in plain language — and the market report, where every figure carries a source and date, including a chart of the last five weekly mortgage-rate readings.

  5. The business case

Finally, the opportunity page: why the domain, why this market now, the positioning against portals and platforms, growth scenarios with visible assumptions, and a sources-and-method section. That page is the investor and acquisition pitch — same build, same evidence bar.

What is real and what is sample

Everything on the site is real and working except the six showcase listings and three neighbourhood guides, which are labelled sample demonstrations. Forms open your own email app honestly — the site never claims a delivery it cannot verify. See the privacy note for what little is collected (almost nothing).
